"A safe and fun way to explore the world and learn new and exciting things everyday!" -Sandy Jauregui
Sandy was born and raised in San Diego– just like KidZui! In fact, Sandy’s whole family lives in San Diego and all enjoy what San Diego has to offer: the beach, the zoo, the local teams, and the beautiful weather.
Sandy used to be a full-time soccer Mom. She has raised two daughters, Alyssa and Lauren, and watched them become wonderful young women. Both are staying close to home pursuing their education at San Diego State. Mom and the girls all still live together with their bunny and a new puppy.
For the last 7 years, Sandy has been a full-time nanny, helping children fulfill their potential every day. For relaxation she loves music and most of all reading – all type and genres. Sandy is also known to play some mean Wii!
"I love working as an editor for KidZui. It is very rewarding knowing that we are helping to make the internet a safe place for children." -Brenna Hoaglin
Brenna describes herself as a kid-at-heart. Play dress up, watch Barney, or roll around in the grass, if her 18 month old daughter, Kylie, thinks it’s fun, Brenna thinks it's fun too. Generally speaking, the family cat, Zipper agrees.
While in school, Brenna was interested in math and science eventually becoming a Pharmacy Technician. Brenna knows a good deal when she sees one, cutting coupons and looking for sales. Believe it or not, Brenna and her husband James met at Walmart!. An adventurous couple, they have plans to sky dive next season– and the two are planning on having more children! Happily, Brenna’s father lives down the block, so she and James can rely on built-in daycare.
"As an editor and a mom, I feel very comfortable letting KidZui "babysit" my kids on the internet!" -Mary Murano
Mary considers her children her full-time job, especially since she doesn’t think of her job at KidZui to be “work.” This is going to sound corny, but Mary considers working for KidZui to be extremely fun. “Imagine getting paid to make the Internet safe for your children and discovering all kinds of interesting information as well!”
Mary has three children. All love to surf KidZui, but all have very different interests. Christopher, 3, is into music. Samantha Kate is 10 and loves geography and social studies (but could do without math. And Ethan, 5, is into Pokemon and loves the games on KidZui . Mom says he’ll play “until we pry his little fingers from the keyboard!”
"Thank you guys for having me be a part of KidZui. I've said it before, but I really believe in what we are accomplishing and am very proud to be a part of it. We're not shrinking the internet; we’re making it " – Dawn Falsetto
Dawn is San Diego through and through. She’s a surfer, marathon runner, and loves combing the beach for sea glass. Her parents (now together 43 years) even met working at SeaWorld.
When not reviewing content for KidZui, Dawn is a full-time Mom of Luke, her 6 year old son. The family includes Tucker the black lab, Hammy the hamster, and Elvis the fish.
"I am so proud to be a part of KidZui, a product I truly believe is a gift to both children and their parents. Before KidZui, one click of the mouse could lead a child to something completely inappropriate, but with KidZui that possibility is eliminated. Now exploring the internet is both fun and safe!" - Rebecca Cooper
Always an avid reader, Rebecca loved her English classes. She has always enjoyed writing and has just completed her first novel.
Rebecca has two boys, Sylas, 7, and Jaxon, 5, who she says she learns from every day. The family has just relocated to Chicago, where they enjoy finding out new things about their new home.
