How can I view my child’s activity within KidZui?
Please visit your parent account at www.KidZui.com. To log in, you must use the e-mail and password you created during signup.

What is “content”?
Content in KidZui is videos, photos and websites.

What are categories?
KidZui has over 7, categories to help pre-readers navigate smoothly. A category contains websites, videos, and photos all pertaining to a particular subject. Your child can access these categories through the KidZui browser homepage.

What are webpage, video, photo, category and search reports?
These reports show your child’s recently viewed content. For more detailed information about a webpage, video, photo, category, or search click on the thumbnail.

What is shared content?
Shared content can be any website, photo or video within KidZui that your child has sent or received from a KidZui friend.

Can messages be added to shared content?
No, a child cannot send a personalized message when sharing, only an emoticon called "tagging.”

Can I give my child permission to use a website that is not approved by KidZui?
Yes, as the parent you have the option to grant your child permission to access any website (Family blog, Email, school site, etc.) To do this, log into the parent website, click on Personalize in the menu bar, and click Approve a Website. Type in the exact URL that you would like to allow and then click Go.

How do I add a child to my account?
Access the Parent Account, click Kid Account in the menu bar, and click Add a Kid. Enter the new child’s name, birth date, and gender, then select Save to create another child account.

How do I login to the KidZui browser?
After installation and signup are complete; double click the “K” icon on your desktop. Enter your Zui name and password (the same one you created during signup)

How do I exit KidZui?
When you’re finished using KidZui for the day, click the red X in the bottom right corner.

How do I search for something new?
To find websites, videos, and photos within KidZui, type what you’re looking for inside the search box. Type in a topic your curious about or type in an exact web address. Next, click go and use the tabs to navigate through the different websites, photos and videos.

How do I save a favorite?
KidZui can keep track of all your favorite web sites, videos and photos. It’s easy, just find a website, photo or video that you like and want to save. Click on the yellow star to add a new website, photo or video into your favorites. The star will change from a minus sign to a plus sign; that’s how you know it has been saved.

How do I go to my favorites?
You can always find your favorites in the yellow star called “My Favorites” located at the top of KidZui. This is where all of your favorites are saved; you can come back as many times as you want.

What is tagging?
You can Tag a website, photo or video. When you tag content, you're expressing your feelings about that website, video or photo. The emoticons (Tags) are smiley faces that are feeling a certain way. For example fun, boring, lame, cute, gross, and cool. All of your Zui friends will be able to see what you’ve tagged in KidZui.

How do I share content with my friends?
Start by exploring KidZui. When you find a website, photo or video you want to share, click the envelope to instantly share with other Zui’s. Then click on your friends Zui picture and the item will appear in their inbox.

How can I view what my friends have sent me?
Your inbox is located at the bottom of the KidZui browser. Look for the postcard icon between history and backgrounds.

How do I add friends?
To make a friend in KidZui, they need to have KidZui too. If you know your friend's Zui name, type their Zui name in the Add a Friend box and click go. Your new Zui friend will appear in your MyFriends list.

How do I see my friends MyKidZui page?
When you make a Zui friend, you can see their MyKidZui page. Just click on your Zui friend and their MyKidZui page will appear. You can now see their points, tags and visitors. To exit your friends MyKidZui page, click the back button
