KidZui crashes, fails to install, or returns a Flash error:

Most crashes or errors that prevent KidZui from loading are caused by Adobe Flash. Flash issues can be solved by following these steps to uninstall and reinstall Flash:

1. Please open your web browser and go to the following web site:  http://kb.adobe.com/selfservice/viewContent.do?externalId=tn_14157 
2. Follow the steps on the site to download the Flash Uninstaller for your system.  Once you’ve downloaded the file, please close your web browser and run the file.
3. Once the Flash Uninstaller has finished, please open your web browser and visit
www.adobe.com.  Once Adobe's website has loaded, you should see a button that says “Get Adobe Flash Player.”  Click this button, and then follow the steps on the site to re-download Flash.

Please note:

a) If you are using the stand-alone version of KidZui in Windows, you will need to complete step #3 using your Internet Explorer web browser.

b) If you are using the Firefox add-on, step #3 must be completed using the Firefox web browser.

4. Once Flash has been re-installed, you should be able to install or open KidZui.

How to log into your child's KidZui account:

Your KidZui account features two components: your parent account, which you can access through this website, and your child's account, which is accessed via the KidZui web browser. If you have not yet downloaded KidZui, you will want to visit our download page to download and install KidZui.

To access your child's account after installing KidZui, please follow these steps.

1. Please open the KidZui web browser by clicking on the KidZui "K" icon. If you've installed the Windows or Mac version of KidZui, you can find this icon on your desktop. Otherwise, if you've installed the KidZui Firefox add-on, you'll find the icon in your Firefox browser, to the left of the web address bar.
2. Once KidZui loads, your child's Zui character should appear on the welcome screen. Simply click on this character to log in. If your child's Zui does not appear, you can log in by entering your child's Zui name and password in the login fields. You will find the login fields in the upper-right corner of the KidZui web browser.
